Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:
- Subcontractors or trade partners - where a job requires specialist input, we may share relevant job details with a trusted contractor. They are expected to handle your information appropriately.

How long we keep it
We retain contact and service records for up to 7 years, in line with standard New Zealand business record-keeping obligations. Gas compliance records are kept for the period required under the Gas (Safety and Measurement) Regulations 2010.
Website analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard data retention settings.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading
